Apartment Details

This fully-equipped 40 square-meter 1 bedroom apartment is located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, across the street from the 7th arrondissement, 2 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. It is on the 6th (and last)  floor of a 19th century building and it sleeps 2/4 people. Very bright and extremely quiet, it is the perfect base to explore Paris.

The kitchen has a window facing the courtyard, with a glimpse at the top of the Eiffel Tower. It has been entirely redone and is equipped with: vitro ceramic stove, fridge with freezer, microwave/convection oven, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and individual central heating.



The Neighborhood
Subway Bir Hakeim or Dupleix- Line 6 or RER C Champ de Mars
The apartment is located on avenue de Suffren, the street that separates the 7th from the 15th arrondissement. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower,  which is a 2-minute walk, same subway stop. The area is very pleasant, with many restaurants, cafes, bakeries. It is also close to the Boulevard de Grenelle, with its many shops and its bi-weekly outdoor fresh market.
You can take a bicycle around the city, with Velib stations nearby.
